Terms of use

Houseli is a homeowner introduction service at houseli.co.uk. Houseli is not a roofing contractor. We review your enquiry and, where suitable, introduce you to one independent roofing specialist. We are not a roofing contractor, not a directory, and not a marketplace that sells the same enquiry down a list.

Using the site means you use it as an enquiry form and information pages, not as a promise of work.

Submitting an enquiry is free and does not oblige you to go ahead. We may not introduce anyone — for example if the postcode is outside coverage, the job is not a fit, or we do not have a partner. We will still try to tell you we received it. We do not guarantee a quote, a price, a start date, or that a specialist will take the job.

If we introduce, it is one specialist at a time, with the consent you give on the form. How we use that information is in the privacy notice.

Independent roofing companies remain responsible for their own contracts, insurance, workmanship and consumer-law obligations. If they do work on your home, your contract is with them. You keep your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 against that specialist. Houseli is not a party to that contract.

Do not misuse the forms, upload photos you are not entitled to share, or pretend to be someone else. Do not use the site to send us anyone else’s personal details without a reason. Partner applicants must be honest about insurance and the postcodes they actually work.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. We do not promise that a page is complete or that an introduction will lead to work. For the specialist’s work, look to their contract and the Consumer Rights Act, not to Houseli.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also have rights there. Nothing here is meant to take away rights you cannot legally give up.
